If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please submit a service request via the online work order system. Your request will be dispatched immediately to engineering personnel.

The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please submit a service request via the online work order system, or contact Central Control at (904) 358-5626 for any HVAC needs outside of those hours. After-hours HVAC is charged at the rate and during the hours stated in Tenant's lease.
